Last week I attended the Shoot With Beckstead seminar when it was here in Maryland. I definitely had a great time, and despite the rain (which I thought was going to be a huge problem) we shot some beautiful models in really cool locations. I think I learned the most just by watching the other people at the seminar (and David of course!) - it’s always eye-opening to watch really great photographers work. I’m really pleased with the images I came away with and enjoyed the whole seminar experience.

This will have to be short and sweet - I’m on my way out for a week at home with my parents… but I didn’t want to leave before giving you a little Jessica and Ollie!

I attended the lovely wedding of Jessica and Ollie today, just north of York, PA. These two were blessed with an absolutely beautiful day and a wonderful group of happy and supportive family and friends to celebrate with. I know this couple and their young family will have many more bright and sunny days in their future Congratulations you two!

Jeanine and Ryan were lucky to have an absolutely beautiful day, and I was lucky to be a part of it! Jeanine works with my husband, I was so excited to be able to capture the love and emotion of her wedding day.

The couple exchanged vows in a beautiful and traditional ceremony, and then partied it down with friends and family under the stars on the Chesapeake Bay. Jeanine planned the wedding down to the last detail, and thought of everything - from the beautiful candy bar she had set out for their guests to the caricature artist hired to keep guests entertained.
